Our Story

Stack Tackle is a fishing company built on a lifelong connection to the water. I’ve been in the fishing world for as long as I can remember, and the goal has always been simple: create products that we would personally use on the water to catch fish. If it’s not something I would fish with myself, it doesn’t make it into the lineup.

I started fishing with my grandfather at a very young age, spending countless days on the water chasing striped bass off the beach, flounder off the Mattituck jetty, and fishing all throughout New Jersey for striped bass, weakfish, fluke, and more. Those experiences shaped not only my passion for fishing, but also the foundation of Stack Tackle.

The company originally grew out of earlier small fishing ventures during high school and college, eventually becoming Blitz Performance in 2022. In the summer of 2024, Blitz Performance was rebranded into Stack Tackle as the brand evolved into a more focused and innovative tackle company.

Stack Tackle aims to help fishermen across the United States catch more fish by providing them with high-quality baits and fishing apparel. We want our customers to include all ages and types of fishermen, from freshwater, to saltwater, to even ice fishing. We want to strive and provide our customers and supply tackle shops with the highest quality products and respectable customer service.

Our goal is to create a community of like-minded individuals who share a passion for fishing and to have them become a part of the Stack Tackle family. We want to be more than just a business that sells fishing products, but rather a community where people can come together and share their experiences, tips and tricks to help each other improve their fishing skills.
